Hi, I’m Kerstin
My mission is to help humans and horses release discomfort and reconnect with their inner wisdom in a safe, nurturing space. Through a blend of science, experience, and empathy, I support relaxation and the release of limitations so healing can unfold. My goal is for you to live a life that feels empowered, uplifted, and aligned with your whole self.

CranioSacral Therapy
Your body already knows how to settle. This work helps it remember.
For adults and teens: If migraines, anxiety, TMJ, or chronic tension have outlasted the treatments you have already tried, there is a gentler path. CranioSacral Therapy meets the nervous system where it is, without force, and follows the body’s own intelligence toward relief. Most people leave the first session calmer than they have felt in months.
For babies and children: a colicky baby, a child who cannot quite settle to sleep, or an older child carrying anxiety or sensory overload. Pediatric CST is the gentlest hands-on work that exists. I am specifically trained for this.
I am a Diplomate Certified through the Upledger Institute, the highest level of certification in the field.

Equine CranioSacral Bodywork
Your horse is talking. This work helps you both listen.
What looks like resistance, head shyness, lameness, or “bad” behavior is often a restriction in the nervous system asking to be heard. After vet, farrier, saddle fitter, and trainer, sometimes what is left is the horse’s own story. Equine CranioSacral Bodywork is gentle, clinically grounded, and built on trust. Most horses begin to settle within the first session and tell you, quite clearly, what they need you to know.
