CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Your body already knows how to heal. This work helps it remember.
For adults and teens: Migraines, anxiety, TMJ, and chronic tension often persist because the nervous system is still holding a pattern it never got to release. CranioSacral Therapy meets that system exactly where it is (without force) and follows the body's own intelligence toward relief. Most people leave their first session calmer than they have felt in months.
For babies and children: A colicky baby. A child who cannot settle into sleep. An older child carrying anxiety or sensory overload that feels too big to name. Pediatric CST is the gentlest hands-on work that exists, and I am specifically trained to provide it.
I am Diplomate Certified through the Upledger Institute — the highest level of certification in the field. This work complements medical care. It does not replace it.

EQUINE CRANIOSACRAL BODYWORK
Your horse is talking. This work helps you both listen.
What looks like resistance, head shyness, lameness, or "bad" behavior is often a restriction in the nervous system asking to be heard. After the vet, the farrier, the saddle fitter, and the trainer, what remains is sometimes the horse's own story. A compensatory pattern no one has read yet.
Equine CranioSacral Bodywork is gentle, clinically grounded, and built on trust. It works along the kinetic chain and the fascial continuity that connect the whole horse — so comfort in one place can reach where the tension first began. Most horses begin to settle within the first session and tell you, quite clearly, what they need you to know.
