Refund Policy
Effective January 1, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.kerstintracy.com (“Website”) for services and digital products offered by Ready2Heal LLC / Kerstin Tracy (“we,” “us,” “our”, “my”).
General Policy
Because many of my offerings involve time reserved, custom preparation, and/or immediate access to digital content, refunds are handled according to the categories below. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.
Feng Shui Services (1:1 Sessions, Consultations, and Personalized Reports/Guidebooks)
Booking Fees - Booking fees are non-refundable because they reserve your appointment time and include pre-session preparation.
Refund Window - You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided I have not begun any work on your Feng Shui service. Approved refunds are issued minus a payment return fee of 5% of the total purchase price. When work begins (no refund eligibility): Work is considered “started” as soon as any client-specific preparation occurs, including intake review, floor plan review, chart calculations, research, drafting, email support, or any customized planning.
After 48 hours, all service purchases are non-refundable. If you have an upcoming appointment, you may request a reschedule in accordance with our rescheduling policy below.
After the Service Begins / After Delivery
No refunds will be granted once work has started, the session has been delivered, or a personalized report has been delivered (in whole or in part). This includes custom guides, audits, written recommendations, voice notes, recordings, or any deliverables explicitly created for you.
Rescheduling
We understand life happens. Rescheduling is available under the following terms:
At least 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule once at no charge.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: A rescheduling fee of 25% of the total service cost may apply, or the session may be forfeited.
Repeated reschedules: After one free reschedule, additional changes may incur a fee.
Late Arrivals / No-Shows
Late arrivals may shorten your session to respect other clients’ appointments.
No-shows are non-refundable, and the session is forfeited.
Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Guides, Templates, Courses)
Due to the nature of digital delivery and immediate access, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once purchased and/or downloaded. This includes (but is not limited to): PDFs, eBooks, guides, templates, recordings, workshops, online courses, and digital bundles
We will make exceptions only in these cases:
Duplicate purchase of the same product (accidental double charge)
There is a technical issue preventing access, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
If an exception is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Third-Party Fees, Chargebacks, and Processing
Payment Processing Fees - All approved refunds are subject to non-refundable processing fees charged by payment providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Square). These fees may be deducted from your refund.
Chargebacks - If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:
Suspend access to digital products and services, and/or
Require future purchases to be paid by alternative methods

Results Disclaimer
Feng Shui and metaphysical consulting are holistic tools. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (financial, health, relationship, or otherwise). Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control (timing, implementation, environment, and personal circumstances).
