About Kerstin Tracy

For over twenty-five years, I have listened to what bodies, horses, and spaces are trying to say and helped bring them back into balance.

I did not come to this work through a therapy room. I came through the starting line, the dressage ring, and years of competitive sport as a pentathlete, runner, and rider.

My Master's degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics gave me a precise understanding of how the body moves — but it was my thesis research on the mind's role in physical performance that shifted everything. The data kept pointing beyond mechanics. That tension between what the science explained and what it could not explain became the foundation of everything I do now.

From Bodywork to… Your Living Room?

The same principle that governs CranioSacral Therapy governs Feng Shui: when flow is obstructed, the system compensates, and that compensation has a cost. I came to Feng Shui through the same question I bring to everybody and every horse — what in this environment is creating resistance, and what would change if we removed it?

I have studied extensively under Joey Yap, one of the foremost authorities in Classical Feng Shui, and hold the Diamond designation and Red Ribbon Professional standing with the International Feng Shui Guild. Classical Feng Shui is not interior decoration. It is an evidence-informed framework for understanding how the orientation, layout, and energetic quality of a space interact with the people living and working in it. The Flying Stars system, the Bagua, landform analysis — these are precise diagnostic tools, not aesthetic preferences.

My clients working across all three areas consistently report the same thing: when the body, the horse, and the space are addressed together, the results compound. That convergence is not coincidental. It reflects a single underlying principle that has structured my entire practice — systems in relationship with their environment either support or strain one another. My work is identifying which and changing it.

My Approach: A Blend of Science, Intuition, and a Little Bit of Humor

My work is built on a solid foundation of science and education, including:

  • Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Coaching from the German Sports University.

  • Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (Germany).

  • Diplomate Certified CranioSacral Therapist, trained directly under the Upledger Institute.

  • Specialized training in Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy and Neural Manipulation.

However, beyond the credentials, I bring intuition, empathy, and a deep-seated belief that healing should be a collaborative effort. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing space where you (or your horse) can release discomfort, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and unlock your true potential. My goal is for you to leave feeling not just better, but empowered, aligned, and ready to thrive.

My Education

CranioSacral Therapy

I’ve studied human and equine physiology and biomechanics for over 25 years. I studied and worked as a research assistant at the German Sports University. After I graduated with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Coaching, I expanded my skills by becoming a certified holistic health practitioner in Germany - this is how I learned about healing the body naturally. I am a licensed massage therapist trained under Dr. John Upledger in CranioSacral Therapy and certified in CranioSacral Techniques and Diplomate. I am also a certified Diamond Feng Shui Practitioner and Red Ribbon Professional Consultant.

CranioSacral Therapy for horses and pediatrics is my specialty. I am also trained in Neural Manipulation. Diplomate Certified from the Upledger Institute

Feng Shui

I am a Red Ribbon Professional Consultant with the International Feng Shui Guild. This means I’ve demonstrated my comprehensive knowledge of the history and concepts of Feng Shui. I use this skillset to guide you in implementing the best changes for your life, space, or business.

Here is a blog post about why I decided to become a certified Feng Shui consultant.

Why You Should Work With Me

I hold the Diplomate Certification in CranioSacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute — the highest clinical credential in the field, requiring advanced training, demonstrated clinical proficiency, and ongoing professional development. When you work with me, you are working with someone trained to the highest standard this profession offers.

My academic foundation is in exercise science and biomechanics — I completed my Master’s degree at the German Sports University in Cologne, one of Europe’s leading research institutions for movement science. My thesis focused on the relationship between the mind and physical performance. This scientific grounding shapes the way I read bodies, both human and equine: I see compensation patterns, fascial relationships, and movement asymmetries in a way that is rooted in biomechanics, not guesswork.

Where the Work Became Personal

My path to becoming a healer wasn't linear. It was shaped by real-life challenges—the kind that don't come with a manual.

CranioSacral Therapy has not only helped my own body heal, but also healed the birth trauma of our oldest child, the sensory issues of our middle one, and when our youngest child struggled with breastfeeding, we decided to have him treated by a colleague. The results were so profound and immediate that a lightbulb went on.

This gentle, powerful technique could create healthy, happy beginnings for infants, and I knew I had to specialize in it. Today, working with babies and children is one of my greatest joys. It’s incredible to help release restrictions in adults that they may have carried since birth, but it's even better to prevent them from taking hold in the first place.

Then there were the horses. I’ve always felt a deep connection to these magnificent animals and a profound joy in training in dressage or exercise riding on the racetrack. Combining my love for them with my professional skills in Equine CranioSacral bodywork felt like coming home. I’ve learned that a horse’s "bad" behavior is often just a conversation waiting to happen—a message about a deep restriction around their nervous system. Gaining their trust and helping them find relief is an honor I cherish every day.

My Mission

I am dedicated to helping humans and horses release discomfort, fostering a deeper connection with their inner wisdom and guidance.

I focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment where relaxation and the release of limitations allow them to unlock their true potential.

My ultimate goal is for everyone I work with to regain their health and feel empowered, uplifted, and aligned with their most whole selves.

I look forward to being your Healing Visionary—nurturing growth through intuition and bringing light and clarity.

What My Clients Are Saying

For the first time in 9 years I woke up not clenching my jaw or neck and with what feels like ‘a little extra space’ in my neck now. Wow. Thank you so much!
