Kerstin Tracy | Mental Health

Mental health, CST, moving on, self check-in, no judgement

As we enter the third quarter of the year, I invite you to check in with yourself to see where you are at with the promises you made to yourself. At some point this year or even last year, there had to be something you promised yourself to change, let go of, start or finish. Take a moment to bring this back to your awareness.

Take a deep breath. There is no judgment, just an inventory and an acceptance of where you are it and where you want to be.

What is standing in the way of your growth and your expansion? Do you doubt yourself, your skills, life, or people?

Life is all about expansion. In the midst of tides, of ebb and flow there is always growth at a fairly steady pace. Sometimes it takes bigger events to remind you of who you really are and who you promised yourself to be. Illness can be a great opportunity to implement change.

Our bodies are diligent at work 24/7 with renewal efforts. Old and dead cells are being removed and new ones put into place. This includes the ebb and flow rhythmic motion of the cerebrospinal fluid up and down the spinal canal and the brain.
